Famous foodie Guy Fieri has stepped up to help out however he can, including serving food to firefighters and first responders. The Butte County Sheriff’s office tweeted about his efforts on Sunday November 11th. “Guy Fieri made a surprise visit to serve dinner to everyone at the law enforcement staging area at Butte College. Thank you so much Guy for filling our bellies and lifting our spirits”, read the tweet.
Guy tweeted the following day, showing his appreciation for everyone helping out: “In today’s tumultuous world, it’s amazing to see our fire fighters, military, law enforcement and first responders come together to rescue our communities devastated by fire. So many great people stepping up to take care of one another …”
Many other celebrities are offering their assistance as well. They are donating money, volunteering, and using their platforms to help.
