CBS’ “A Home for the Holidays” marks its 20th year! It airs at 5 p.m. pacific time on December 21st, with LL Cool J as the host. Each year, ‘A Home for the Holidays’ shares stories of foster care and adoption.
The CBS special is presented in association with the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and the Children’s Action Network. There are over 400,000 U.S. children in foster care so finding permanent homes is crucial.
This special allows everyone to see and hear stories of children that have finally found permanent homes and it also showcases children that are still in need of a home.
Gwen Stefani, Lukas Graham and Train will perform during the program and a tree-lighting ceremony will also take place. Andy Grammer is set to perform during the ceremony.
