New Music from Solange Soon

Solange recently had an interview with The New York Times’ T Magazine, where she opened up about her forthcoming album. We don’t have an exact date but it is set to debut sometime this Fall…. Likely at some ‘mysterious and unexpected moment.’ 

“There is a lot of jazz at the core”, says Solange, along with “electronic and hip-hop drum and bass.” The album was recorded in New Orleans, Jamaica and California’s Topanga Canyon, and was mixed in Los Angeles. 

We can expect the music to be warm, fluid and more sensual than the music on her last album, A Seat at the Table in 2016. 

We are in the midst of Fall now, so let’s keep an eye out, as the album could drop any day! We are ready to receive it Solange!
